We put a lot of care into every Oil Pal order — from the moment you check out to the moment it lands at your door. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, so there are no surprises along the way.
1. Order Processing Time
We work hard to get your order packed up and on its way as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect after you place your order:
We strive to ship orders by the next business day
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard shipping is handled by USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location.
Items are shipped from Port Chester, NY 10573.
Estimated delivery times are 1 to 8 days after shipping.
A quick heads-up: Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays — especially during busy seasons like the holidays — can occasionally push things back a bit. We appreciate your patience, and we're always here if you have questions.

We offer flat rate shipping within the contintal United States.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use that number to follow your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, reach out to us at info@oil-pal.com and we'll look into it right away.
6. Delivery Issues
We hope every delivery goes smoothly, but sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's how we handle the most common situations:
Package marked as delivered but not received
First, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom or front desk — packages sometimes end up in unexpected places.
If your package is still nowhere to be found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at info@oil-pal.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to info@oil-pal.com within 7 days of delivery.
We'll make it right — no hassle.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Oil Pal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@oil-pal.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
7. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit — not just delayed — please reach out to us at info@oil-pal.com.
We'll open a trace with the carrier and work with you to find the best resolution, whether that's a replacement or a refund. We won't leave you hanging.
